Super Bowl 50 kicks off at 3:30PM (PST) live from the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA, and will be broadcast on CBS. Peyton Manning will lead the AFC Champion Denver Broncos against the NFC Champion Carolina Panthers led by Cam Newton. Although the Broncos will be fielding white jerseys, the Panthers are the designated away team.
Prior to kick off, San Francisco will play home to ‘Super Bowl City’ - a public event space stacked with stages and “fan experience zones” for fans of all sizes and ages. Super Bowl City kicked off last Saturday with an amazing fireworks display and a relighting of the Bay Bridge. All in all, Super Bowl City will bring in an estimated $220M in revenue for the city of San Francisco.
